    The course is a one-year Diploma Program in Food & Beverage Service, designed innovatively with job aligned skills (70%) and general education (30%).

    The aim of this Program is to provide for diversification of educational opportunities so as to enhance individual employability and reduce the mismatch between demand and supply of skilled manpower.

    Course Structure

    The program structure includes two semesters out of which one semester is taught at the Institute in a blend of 30% classroom delivery and 70% practical training with simulations, role plays, expert sessions, industry visits, orientation, and many more innovative pedagogy methods.

    After six months the students are sent on an internship for six months in India. Paid International Internship are available (optional). This internship plays an integral part of the course, as it gives the student a deep understanding and first-hand experience of every area of hotel operations and the Food & Beverage Service department in particular.
